The first production Jaguar C-Type continuation finished the shakedown test.

Jaguar Classic has finished manufacturing the first C-Type Continuation. The strictly limited production run is now underway at the Jaguar Classic facility in Coventry, with the first vehicle having completed make-ready tests ready for delivery to an ecstatic customer. Each C-Type Continuation undergoes a minimum of 250 miles of physical testing by Jaguar Classic engineers, following a manufacturing process that requires 3,000 hours of intensive and highly skilled labor. The customer's first Continuation is finished in Pastel Green with Suede Green leather seats and is inspired by the original Jaguar that won the 224-mile, 50-lap sports car race at the Reims Grand Prix on June 29. from 1952.

Hand-built at the Jaguar Classic Works in Coventry, all Continuation models will be built to the specifications of the 1953 factory. The first version has already undergone final testing and the Jaguar Classic team is impatient to hand it over to an excited customer.
